On February 4, 2025, Porsche design collaborated with Orlando Bloom and made him the new brand ambassador for brand timepieces and eyewear collections.

Orlando Bloom, best known for his role as Legolas in Lord of the Rings and other notable roles, is a perfect and suitable natural candidate for Porsche design. His appreciation for the brand’s innovation, design, and fashion made him a perfect ambassador for Porsche design. Porsche is also Orlando’s favorite car brand.
In a recent campaign, Bloom primarily showcased the Chronograph 1 timepiece, alongside Porsche’s design stunning eyewear and sunglasses collections. To the Edge TV Series star was waiting for that kind of opportunity. He called this opportunity to be a “great honor.” Chronograph 1 was originally designed by F. A. Porsche in 1972.
The 48 years old model, actor, and adventurer in a Porsche design campaign released this week says, “From our first conversation, I was excited about the idea of a partnership.”

The pinpoint of collaboration was Porsche innovation design and unique aesthetics. Aside from Porsche 911 inspired Chronograph 1, the campaign also featured legendary P’8478 sunglasses, best known for being the first ever model with interchangeable lenses.
Porsche design recently has collaborated with numerous Hollywood stars, and their collaborations with Bloom shows their effort to elevate the brand in the fashion industry. The collaboration is beneficial to both the actor and the company’s growth.
